An event at KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg is held in a charming, modern setting where you feel at home and are well looked after. We offer everyone great flexibility and individual room design, and we guarantee a great experience in cosy surroundings in the heart of Aalborg.

Appetisers

  • Hot smoked salmon with fresh herbs and dill cream
  • Crispy salad with smoked sirloin and cranberry foam and pickled red onion
  • Chilli/garlic marinated tiger prawns on Asian noodle base
  • Chicken salad with crispy bacon, semi-dried tomatoes and mild curry cream.
  • Baked salmon with spinach and cold sauce verte
  • Served with bread and butter of the day

Main course

  • Spice marinated pork loin with peppers and tomato cream potatoes.
    Slow-roasted neck roast with thyme potatoes, fried mushrooms and gravy
  • Whole roasted beef tenderloin with steak frites and bearnaise sauce (+30 kr./per)
    Old-fashioned roast beef with pearl onions, parsley potatoes, Waldorf salad and gravy (+ DKK 25/per)
  • Chicken breast with Parma ham fried in lemon butter, served with pearl barley salad.
  • Vegetarian: Spicy panko cauliflower with grilled sesame beans and Greek dip.

  • Lemon tart with burnt meringue Rhubarb trifle with cream and crunch

For example, choose a buffet where your guests get a wealth of different flavours to choose from. Or choose one of our party menus that are served by the plate.

Salmon roulade with prawns and herb dressing

Pork tenderloin with herb béarnaise, fresh herbs and grilled cauliflower

Nut basket with vanilla ice cream, fresh berries and Baileys sauce

Bresaola with parmesan flakes, rocket with truffle oil drizzle

Veal fillet with light cream sauce, honey roasted peppers and spring onions

Blinis with smoked venison and artichoke cream
Served with bread and butter of the day

Roasted beef tenderloin with madagascar sauce, mushrooms and beans in parma ham.

All prices include VAT, venue hire, table settings, crockery and a minimum of 20 guests. Table decorations are classic and simple. Larger floral decorations can be purchased by prior arrangement. We are happy to accommodate special diets, however, these must be notified 14 days before the start of the event and may incur additional charges. In addition to the agreed event time frame, we charge DKK 900 per hour or part thereof. Children under 10 years receive half price on buffets and menus.
