MORE THAN A HOTEL ROOM
As a guest at KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg, you will have access to a number of different facilities and offers that we provide in addition to regular hotel service.
PARKING
We have 32 outdoor parking spaces available right outside the main entrance, as well as an underground car park with 10 regular spaces and one disabled space. Remember to register your car and pay for parking via the EasyPark app when you park in the hotel car park.
Our outdoor car park has several charging stations. Please note that you cannot pre-book a parking space.
In addition to the hotel car park, there is also a paid public car park between 8:00 and 19:00.

KOMPAS LOUNGE AND CAFÉ
You do not have to go any further than the ground floor to enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or a speciality beer. In KOMPAS bar we serve a selected menu of drinks and snacks, which you can enjoy in our new lounge area. Weather permitting, you are also welcome to enjoy your refreshment on our covered terrace at the main entrance facing Østerbro.
Restaurant Guide
Our skilled reception staff have carefully handpicked and tested their own favourites, so you can be sure to find the right place - whether you like open sandwiches, sushi, tapas or something completely different. All places are within walking distance of the hotel and have been chosen with quality and atmosphere in mind.
SAUNA & FITNESS
Sauna is a perfect thing to enjoy at the hotel, especially in winter. Our sauna is located in the basement and you can just contact reception who will switch it on for you. It takes approximately 30 minutes to heat up the sauna. When you're done using the sauna, return the key to reception.
If you want to work out while staying with us, just walk 50 metres over to our closest neighbour, DGI Huset Nordkraft. Here you can use their fitness facilities after you have booked your workout at the reception at KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg.
CLEANING ON DEMAND
We offer housekeeping as needed to protect the environment. If you want cleaning during your stay, you can hang the green door sign found in your room on the outside of the door before 9am on the requested day.
For longer stays, we automatically change your bed linen once a week.
BICYCLE RENTAL
Experience Aalborg at a slower pace and with the wind in your hair on a bike ride along the waterfront and around the city. KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg has five city bikes available for hire on an hourly or daily basis. Ask for prices and more information at the reception.
If you bring your own bike, you can store it safely in a locked bike cage in our underground car park. You can also charge your electric bike or other vehicles.

BARRIER-FREE ACCESS
Our hotel is Good Access certified. This means that we focus on ensuring barrier-free access for all guests, regardless of their individual needs. You'll find level access to common areas, spacious lifts, accessible rooms and clear signage.
WI-FI
No need to worry about internet access when you stay with us. We provide free wi-fi everywhere on the hotel premises.
LUGGAGE
We are happy to help you store your luggage safely before check-in or after check-out.
Luggage service is available on request for 100 DKK per suitcase.
