Do you have questions about your stay at KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg?
Here we've collected the most common answers about everything from booking and check-in to parking, breakfast and hotel facilities.

Does KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg have parking?

KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg has both its own car park and underground parking right by the hotel. In front of the hotel you will also find charging points for electric cars and a disabled parking space.
Please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.

You can register and pay for parking via the Easy-Park app.
Note that there are two different zones:

  • The hotel's own zone: 4546 - price DKK 85 per day - payment via the EasyPark app.
  • Public car park: 9077 - payment via the EasyPark app or at the payment machine.

Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is no later than 11:00.

If you need flexibility such as earlier check-in or later check-out, please contact the 24-hour reception for more information. If arrival is later than 23:00, please inform the reception.

Dogs or cats are welcome in selected rooms for an additional fee of DKK 200 per night.
Remember to let us know when booking so we can reserve a pet-friendly room for you.

The hotel is centrally located in Aalborg city centre close to the waterfront. You can walk to the pedestrian street and the city centre with shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes. House of Music, Utzon Centre and Northern power is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

The hotel does not serve à la carte, but has a cosy lounge with snacks, tapas and drinks. There are several good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, which the reception is happy to recommend. Further inspiration can be found in the restaurant guide.

KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg offers free luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out.
From the hotel you can easily visit Aalborg Harbourfront, House of Music, Utzon Centre, Aalborg Zoo and Kunsten Museum of Modern Art.
 
Aalborg Tower and Lindholm High are also popular attractions nearby.

KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg is located approximately 6 km from Aalborg Airport. It takes about 15 minutes by car or taxi.
There are also buses or trains to the airport from Aalborg city centre.

Breakfast is included in your stay at KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg. It is served on weekdays from 6:30 - 9:30 and on weekends from 7:30-10:30. During the summer period, opening hours are extended on weekdays until 10:30.

KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg does not have its own fitness centre. Our guests can work out for free at the fitness centre DGI Huset in Nordkraft, located directly opposite the hotel.

All guests have free access to Wi-Fi at KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg - in the rooms, meeting rooms and lounge.

KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg has both a lift and accessible rooms for wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility.

We offer bike hire for guests who want to explore Aalborg and the surrounding area on two wheels. The price for bike hire is DKK 75 for 24 hours, otherwise the hourly rate is DKK 25. Ask at the reception for availability.

KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg has a cosy bar and lounge where you can relax with coffee, wine, beer or cocktails. It is a perfect place to enjoy a drink after a day in Aalborg. A tapas plate is also served, which is the perfect snack that can be shared between 2 people.
