KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg organises meetings and conferences in a modern and professional setting. Our five new meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 participants and are equipped with state-of-the-art AV facilities. We are experts in customised solutions and we put together the day exactly according to your wishes and needs.

BREEN

Dimensions: 4.5 x 5.2 m
The Bridge is a bright room, perfect for smaller meetings or conversations for up to 10 people. The room is furnished with a round wooden table that creates a warm and cosy atmosphere and modern AV equipment.

NORTH/WEST

Dimensions: 7.3m x 5.2m
Nord/Vest is a lovely room that can accommodate up to 16 people. It offers a lot of flexibility as it can also be divided into 2 smaller rooms, North and West. Both North and West can accommodate up to 8 people.

EAST

East is our second largest room, which can accommodate up to 80 people in Cinema or 60 in Long Table set-up.

SYD

Dimensions: 11m x 7.5m
Our south-facing room can accommodate around 40 guests at long tables or 60 in a cinema setting. If you're holding a larger meeting, course or conference, it's possible to connect the room with East, right next door.

SOUTHEAST

Dimensions: 11m x 12.5m
Our rooms are designed to be flexible and can be customised to suit the size of your group. The two largest rooms, South and East, can be connected to create our largest meeting or party room, South East. The room can accommodate up to 100 guests seated at long tables or 120 in a cinema set-up.

ACCESS CONDITIONS

Our meeting facilities are designed with accessibility in focus and the hotel is Good Access certified.
All meeting rooms, restaurants and toilets are located on the ground floor, ensuring easy access for wheelchair users. There is also an external lift available.
