Participants are owner-managers or leaders in the private and public sectors. The church background is folk and free churches. We are not a sales network or a network where we \"fundraise\" for a good cause, but the idea of the KOMPAS Leadership Network is primarily to empower Christian leaders to be \"light & salt\" where God has placed them.
