We were greeted by welcoming and positive staff from the first meeting when we saw the venue until we said 'thank you for today' in the evening after the confirmation. We were in dialogue with Conference Manager Pia Hovaldt a couple of times leading up to the day, and we received a really good service. When you're celebrating a special day like Confirmation, the atmosphere, venue design and menu are some of the most important focal points, and we know that. That's why we always offer a non-binding tour and chat about the party before you make your final choice.<\/p>

KOMPAS Hotel Aalborg's banqueting and function rooms accommodate up to 100 guests and are decorated in a warm, Nordic style. There is great flexibility in terms of decorating and decorating the room yourself.<\/p>

All prices include VAT, venue hire, table settings, crockery and a minimum of 20 guests. Table decorations are classic and simple. Larger floral decorations can be purchased by prior arrangement. We are happy to accommodate special diets, however, these must be notified 14 days before the start of the event and may incur additional charges. In addition to the agreed event time frame, we charge DKK 900 per hour or part thereof. Children under 10 years receive half price on buffets and menus.
