More Than A Hotel Room
At KOMPAS Hotel, we are proud to offer a range of extra services and facilities.
Parking
We have 32 outdoor parking spaces as well as basement parking with 10 regular spaces and 1 disabled parking space.
Standard outdoor parking is 13 DKK per hour which we recommend for shortterm parking. Overnight guests are offered outdoor parking at 75 DKK per day, while a parking space in the hotel basement parking is 100 DKK per day. You register and pay for overnight parking in our reception upon arrival.
Next to the hotel parking lot is also a public car park that charges a fee between 8.00 am and 7 pm.
KOMPAS Lounge & Café
Our ground floor café offers a convenient spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or a craft beer, while taking in the views of the Limfjord. In the KOMPAS Lounge & Café, we serve a menu of selected drinks and snacks for you to enjoy while relaxing in our new lounge area overlooking the Limfjord.
Weather permitting, you may also enjoy your refreshments on our covered terrace by the main entrance on Østerbro.
Wi-fi
No need to worry about internet access when you stay with us. We provide free wi-fi everywhere on the hotel premises.
Bicycle Rental
Experience Aalborg at a slower pace and hop on a bicycle to feel the wind in your hair as you ride along the waterfront and around town. KOMPAS Hotel has five city bikes available for hire on an hourly or daily basis. Enquire at reception for further details and rates.
Fitness
If you would like to work out while staying with us, you will be able to use the fitness facilities at DGI Huset Nordkraft, a short 50 m walk away. Enquire at reception to make a booking.
Goodiepack
To save more paper we have decided not to use room folders. Instead we have gathered all practical information in our digital welcome package – Goodiepack. Here you will find all you need to know about parking possibilities, check in, breakfast and hotel facilities. What is more, there are many discounts you can use in local restaurants or for your next stay.
